05.17.2025 | HEART 2 HEART DAY

Heart 2 Heart Day launched our program by bringing the community together to raise awareness about chronic conditions, collect donations for care packages, and inspire families to join the Heart 2 Heart Pen Pal Program. We had 80+ attendees, who helped donate 10+ items to children hospitals and 50+ cards for children with illnesses.

Highlights included:

• Welcome Booth: Shared stories, answered trivia questions, and learned about Heart 2 Heart.

• Card-Making Station: Created uplifting cards for children in hospitals.

• Donation Drop-Off: Collected comfort items and cash donations for care packages.

• Bracelet-Making Station: Made bracelets with positive messages for kids and supporters.

• Photo Booth: Encouraged guests to share our mission on social media with #HeartToHeartNJ.
