Heart 2 Heart is all about building connections and community for children with chronic conditions and their families — and we can’t do it without you.

There are two main ways to get involved: families can enroll their child in our Pen Pal Program to connect with a caring friend, and community members can volunteer to help at events and projects that bring our mission to life.

Our Pen Pal kids play a big role by sharing their stories, spreading hope, and reminding others that no one is alone. Volunteers help make it all possible by organizing events, creating care packages, and supporting Heart 2 Heart in countless ways. Everyone’s support makes a difference.
