At Heart 2 Heart, volunteers are the heart of our community. Whether helping at events, supporting our pen pal program, or spreading the word, every volunteer makes a big difference in the lives of children with chronic conditions and their families.

Every hour you give helps build a stronger, kinder community where children and families feel connected and supported. Volunteers create safe spaces for friendship, learning, and healing — showing that together, we can make a real impact.

HOW VOLUNTEERS CAN HELP

• Event Support: Assist with organizing and running activities like workshops and community events. Help set up, welcome guests, and make sure everyone feels included and safe.

• Pen Pal Program Assistance: Help with monitoring online platforms, responding to questions, and ensuring smooth communication between kids and parents.

• Fundraising & Outreach: Share our mission, help raise funds, and connect with community partners to expand our reach.

• Creative Projects: Contribute your skills in design, writing, social media, or event planning to keep our programs fresh and engaging.
